Term
The "Best of Halloween Photo Contest" begins September 1, 2010, and ends November 1, 2010 at 11:59 PM PST. By submitting an entry, each contestant agrees to the rules of the contest and states that they are 18 years old or older.

Who may enter 
To be eligible to enter the contest, you must be 18 years or older and a registered user of the website. Only legal guardians of minors (persons 17 years and younger) may submit and upload photos in which a minor appears. All legal adults are eligible to participate. Savers consultants, independent contractors, employees and their immediate family members are not eligible.

What to enter 
Photos and brief descriptions of your best Halloween looks (costumes, makeup or home décor) from any year are encouraged and may be entered in the contest. Participants may upload one entry per day.

You may only contribute photos that you have taken yourself or have all rights to transmit and which do not violate trademark, copyright, privacy or any other rights of any other person. Photos entered must be in good taste or will not be considered for the contest at the sole discretion of Savers. All submissions will be screened and posted within 48 hours of receipt.

How to enter 
Submit photos online through our website, www.savers.com. We do not accept photos submitted through the mail or via email. Photos must be in jpeg format and may not exceed 500k in size.

By uploading a photo, you grant to Savers and its affiliated entities a perpetual, non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, copy, print, display, reproduce, modify, publish, post, transmit and distribute the photo and any material included in such photo on the Internet, on television and through all other media.

Entering the "Best of Halloween Photo Contest" indicates that you have read and understood the above rules and are knowingly and voluntarily participating in the "Best of Halloween Photo Contest."

Entry deadline 
All entries must be received through the Savers website by 11:59 PM PST on November 1, 2010.

Judging 
Judging will be conducted by the public, starting on September 1, 2010. Public voting will close on November 1, 2010 at 11:59 PM PST. Limit one vote per valid address per day. The photo with the most votes and highest rating wins. Earlier submitted photos may have a better opportunity to win. In the unlikely event of a tie, Savers staff will decide the winning entry. The grand prize winner will be announced and notified by November 5, 2010.

Prizes 
The winner will receive a $50 gift certificate for use at Savers/Value Village/Village des Valeurs stores. The gift certificate is not redeemable for cash.
